HotTops™
The
new versatile heating technique. |
HotTops™ are intense heaters that offer radiative, convective,
plasma, and combination heat sources for energy delivery. Compared
to IR heaters,
HotTops™ are more intense, offer higher temperatures and
are more robust. The hot top can also be configured to complex
shapes whereas IR
heaters are necessarily straight. HotTops™ may also
be controlled over a range of temperatures and powers thus adding
versatility. Please contact MHI to customize your HotTop™
for your application. HotTops™ are generally used
for upside down (1800°C configuration) or sideways heating
(1700°C configuration) or with Airtorch™
configuration. For down side up heating see Thermoplate.
Multiple Hot Tops can be controlled by MHI
Multi Zone Electronics.
