Potential uses of superheated steam: For drying, cleaning, layering, reaction engineering, epoxy drying and film use where saturated to highly superheated steam is required at one atmospheric pressure or at high pressure. Ideal for steam drying, steam-oxidation and chemical processing. Product has uses in surface technologies, cleaning technologies, steam drying, catalysis, chemical reaction processing, surface drying technologies, curing technologies, energy systems and nano technologies. Also use for precipitating crystals by controlling the rate of cooling, impingement conditions, steam concentration and the type of surface. For more information on different uses, please call MHI at 513-772-0404 or contact MHI by email. The technology is patented and patent applied, and uses MHI materials, MHI devices, MHI time-tested controls and most importantly MHI customer service. Depending on the model chosen, the products offer features such as, self-regulating features, no electrodes which contaminate or wear in the H20, very high efficiencies, versatile (not limited to veritical or horizontal) with plug and play features. There are no soot or other emissions for the models shown below. Not limited in the type of water or liquid used. |
