HCR ELEMENTS

The Units are long GAXP-Ig2MP material HotCoil (Cartridge) Rod (HCR) type use elements to replace traditional heating bars in large furnace applications.  Three Phase Use for HCR is allowed as shown below.  Please contact MHI for details.

Easy attach terminals.  Ceramic spacers are available.  Please contact MHI.

Model:0.5m - 3KW HotCoilRod - Type 4 (3KW per rod)30V. Use in 240V (Single Phase with T) ID ~1" Max Temperature 1450C. Contact MHI for use temperature and controls.
Model:1m - 8KW HotCoilRod - Type 6 (8KW per rod)50V. Use with 240V or 400/480V (Three phase with T)ID ~1" Max Temperature 1450C. Contact MHI for use temperature and controls.
Model:0.5m - 4KW HotCoilRod - Type 6 (4KW per rod)25V. Use with 240V or 120V (Single phase with T)ID ~1" Max Temperature 1450C. Contact MHI for use temperature and controls.
