GRR4.5 (1.5)-220 – (End Connectors Included)

Description

GRR, Robust Radiator Diameter 4.5″  Length 1.5″. This is the coil length and ID.  At least 0.5″ extension on each side beyond coil length. 1.5Kw 220V pluin.

• Optional Tube with two end caps may be placed in the Robust Radiator. The tube will be mullite, and the end caps will be metal.
• Tube will protrude at least 1″ beyond the RR face. The tube is optional – supplied with end caps.  Note ceramic plugs to limit heat loss (option CEC) but with the ability to maintain flow are also offered as options. These are recommended. 

• Please note that the power available from the RR for heating is lower when a tube is placed in it
• The internal temperature in the tube will depend on the load in the tube
(Picture shows optional SS shell).  These have to purchased in the pull-down menus.

The GRR will plug into a 208 or 220 V, or 240 V single-phase supply.  The control panel is optional.  However, if not purchased, the user should monitor the temperature so that it does not exceed 1200°C during use.

The control Panel BPAN-O-PLUS when purchased, can be supplied in a UL or cUL rating. This control panel has an SCR, soft start, and two readouts (one for process temperature and one for the over-temperature function).
