Description
MHI MRCL-GA1125-6- Microtube (Unit includes all controls, power transformers, and quartz tube).
- Robust Radiator type Microtube is enclosed in a FiberFree ceramic refractory
- Two types of tube options are offerred.
- Total power ~800W.
- Several options are offered for the tube materials: An alumina Tube or Inconel Tube and 1/4″ NPT inlet and Outlet are available.
- Maximum element temperature is 1400°C (1400°C continuous use).
- The typical temperature for a part in the tube or a temperature of ~1 SCFM flowing gas can reach 1000C to 1100C, depending on the gas flow rate and gas composition.
- Part temperature varies with the insulation of the projected tube.
- T/C provided.
- This Microtube™ Heater – Part # MRCL-GA1125-6- Microtube can be used with a 25 mm OD alumina tube or alloy tube with 1/4 inch NPT inlet and outlet(please select from options).
- The picture shown is with the MHI calibration thermocouple and the optional stand.
- Part temperature will vary from max temperature
- Chamber length 100 mm.

- Modern BPAN-O-PLUS power controls. Choose Ul or cUL if required.
- An optional stand is available for the RR heater unit. The electrical panel of the UL or cUL-rated panel (see add-on option) comes with a panel stand. Thee non-UL control panel is for a table top use. d
- BPAN-O-PLUS may be used with 208/220/230/240 50/60Hz Volts – the correct power transformer is included.
- Plug and play the socket to fit local codes in the user electrician’s scope. Don’t hesitate to contact MHI at 513-772-0404 if you have questions.
- The UL electric panel has a NEMA enclosure. It must always be placed in a non-hazardous area.
- Please note that hazardous gases cannot be used with the ceramic tube. Only the metal tube should be used for reactive or hazardous gas as long as the gas is not reactive twith inconel T
