Chamber temperature estimate is 1200C to 1300C with end caps (CEC) for no flow applications (lower in flow applications). Element temperature will not exceed 1400C in this model. Maximum Power: ~2000 W. Tube diameter OD will be approximately 2.5″. Choose metallic tube if applications is for gas flow. Pressure not to exceed one atmosphere. Gas temperature unlikely to exceed between 1o00C – 1100C. at full power. Please choose enhancer tube option for maximum residence time. Note tube will protrude out of RR ends. Choose Ceramic tube if for heating object placed in tube Robust Radiator™ is enclosed in a FiberFree™ ceramic refractory, which can withstand 1850°C temperature. GAXP® element with a maximum temperature of 1400°C. MagnaCoil Included. Electronics (Control Panel and Control Transformer) are highly recommended. With optional CEC and no internal tube or end-caps, the Robust Radiator™ is rated up to 1300°C. With metallic tube and/or gas flow, the RR is rated at ~1100°C for the tube temperature. Temperature indicates at T/C location in the RR. This is outside the tube. Hole for T/C provided. TCs are included when the BPAN-O-PLUS is purchased. OPTIONS:
For multiple RRs placed in series, please contact MHI for the control panels and temperature/power management.
