For All Bottom Loading Furnaces – Must include furnace Serial Number
(Note: Pieces may need small adjustments by user due to furnace movement over uses and duration of thermal cycles.)
Refractories cannot be restocked or sent back. When a furnace has been in use please be aware that refractories/insulation may have aged.
