MRCL-MVTA- GAXP2125 Microtube – Control Panel and Transformer Included.

Description

MHI MRCL-MVTA-GAXP-2125 Microtube. Unit includes all controls and power transformers.  The tube is optional. Maximum power is 2100 W.    Cannot exceed one atmosphere.

Use for heating parts with mildly flowing gas and end caps made of stainless steel (provided with the optional tube).

• Robust radiator-type microtube is enclosed in a FiberFree™ ceramic refractory, which can withstand 1850°C.
• High residence time tube options.  The unit will function as a steam and air (including moist air) treatment chamber.
• The maximum element temperature is 1450°C (1400°C continuous use).
• The typical maximum temperature of use is up to 1450°C.  If well insulated, the inside temperature in a tube may reach 1300°C.
•  T/C provided.
• Microtube™ Heater – Part # MRCL-MVTA-GAXP-2125 with   ~ 1.5″ ID (mullite or metal)  tube.  The uniform zone is unparalleled, ~4″ long.
• BPAN-O-PLUS 208/220/230/240 50/60Hz Volts and transformer.  An ethernet ports with TCP Modbus protocol is included.
• Thermocouple included.

• Chamber length is about 100 mm.  Choice of tube materials.  The tube will extend beyond the chamber
• Connector accessories included.
• Modern power controls with BPAN-O-PLUS.  UL508A wiring standard.
• The unit stand includes an integrated metallic enclosure as shown in the picture.  Only for horizontal use.
• Optional tube (s).  Horizontal use.
• End Caps available (one set of two). Optional.  These are always included with the optional tubes when chosen
• Plug to the socket to fit local codes is not provided (User Electrician Scope)
• Please choose from the options if Panel and Transformer upgrades to UL or CUL.
• Up to a ~1.5″ ID tube can be fitted (optional).  The tube is optional, or users may use it on their own.
• If using combustible gas please ensure that the control panel is located in a explosion proof room.  Please note that the connectors and end caps are not rated for explosive gas.  It is the user responsibility to ensure leak proof gas connections and safety systems applicable for hazardous gas use.
