Faults in systems could arise because of normal wear and tear or from unusual use. Please refer to the manual in case the fault is addressed in the manual. Please use this form to describe the problem. On the last page, you will be able to upload pictures. Please bear with the length of the form. Even if you have a quick question please do send pictures and information. This will help reduce errors when we transmit the form to the right technical people. Several small replacement parts are available in the MHI web store. https://mhi-inc.com/shop/. Others may have to be quoted. Many MHI products are built in a modular fashion.
