Description
MHI MRCL-GA1125-6- Microtube (Unit includes all controls and power transformers). This unit is used for heating combustible gases like methane or hydrogen with the correct high residence time tube option.
- Robust Radiator type Microtube is enclosed in a FiberFree ceramic refractory, which can withstand a temperature of 1850°C.
- Total power ~800W.
- Tube options are shown. Quartz Tube or Inconel Tube with End Caps (sealed) and 1/4″ NPT inlet and Outlet are options. If using for hydrogen a high residence time internal structure is provided.
- Maximum element temperature is 1400°C (1400°C continuous use).
- The typical temperature for use is 1000C to 1100C. If well insulated, it may reach 1200C.
- Part temperature varies with insulation of top and bottom.
- T/C provided.
- This Microtube™ Heater – Part # MRCL-GA1125-6- Microtube can be used with a 25 mm OD quartz tube or alloy tube (please select from options).
- End caps are available (optional one set).
- The picture is with the MHI calibration thermocouple* and the optional stand.
- *Part temperature will vary from max temperature
- Chamber length 100 mm. An optional quartz tube is offered 25mm.
- Connector accessories included.
- Modern BPAN-O-PLUS power controls.
- An optional stand is available.
- BPAN-O-PLUS may be used with 208/220/230/240 50/60Hz Volts – the correct power transformer is included.
