Description

MHI ManaCoil™ Robust Radiator™

• A=4″, B=6″, C=3.0″, D=~5.0″, Lu = (D/2) + 1.5″
• ~2500Watts (see multitap transformer for recommendation on volts)
• Robust Radiator is enclosed in a FiberFree(TM) ceramic refractory, which can withstand 1850°C temperature.
• The maximum element temperature is 1600°C.  Robust Radiator chamber temperature will be lower~1500C with end caps.
• Without end-caps, Robust Radiator is rated to about 1250°C or lower.
• Part temperature varies with the type of end-cap insulation at both ends.
• Hole for T/C provided. TC is included with a purchase of the BPAN-O-PLUS
• Requires Power transformer (multitap – see specifications tab)  for BPAN-O-PLUS Controls. A B-type T/C is included with BPAN-O-PLUS.
• If Transformer is not an MHI model, a multitap transformer is recommended (see specifications tab for volts)
• If BPAN-O-PLUS is not purchased, please ensure your control has a soft start, current limit, and phase angle fired SCR.
