Description
RR Robust Radiator Diameter ID=2″ Length 8″ “. This is the coil length. Outside approx is 4″ OD and 10′ Length. At least 0.5″ extension on each side beyond te heated coil length is required for manufacturing. (Shown with optional SS Casing).
When used for air flow or gas flow heating please contact MHI for specific gas involved.
Optional: Tube with two end caps may be placed in the Robust Radiator. Tube will protude at least 1″ beyong the RR face. Please note that the power available from the RR for heating is lower when a tube is placed in it. The internal temperature in the tube will depend on the load in the tube.
Robust Radiator for up to 1200C use.
220V plug-in*. Power: 6kW. Diameter 2″ Length 10″. Please see the description tab for more details.

Robust Radiator for up to 1200C without caps and 1300C with caps
GRR High Uniformity Robust Radiators may be used to approximately 1200°C.
For temperatures higher than 1300°C for a Robust Radiator, please click on Robust Radiators.
* Plug-in Voltage indicates closest IBPAN preference. The GRR unit temperature, current or power cannot be exceeded in any configuration of use. Configuration of use changes with end caps, load, flow placement of control thermocouple and insulation. Please check manual for maximum element temperature that cannot be exceeded.
