Thermoplate 18″ x 18″ 800C (Includes Control Panel)

Description

Hot Plate Maximum Temperature 800 -900C.  (18″ diagonal uniformity enhanced by TLID). Heat-up is controlled with HIPAN/XPAN Control Panel.

Power ~8-12 KW during operation. Hot plates with the ceramic top choice of toggle-grill-top or dispersed-holes-top are available. AThe standard is the dispersed-holes-top. There is no difference in price for either. Please choose the selection section.

Control Panel Included (Requires 208/220V/240 supply-user specified) 50/60Hz. The HIPAN/XPAN  offers a process temperature, read-out, and an additional thermocouple that can be set for sample temperature cut off or used with the Lid.

Includes Power Transformer where required. Please specify the wall voltage in the order.

MHI offers various types of tops, from fully closed to various types of partially open ones. The dispersed hole top is 4 mm separated holes.

• TLID (closed lined cover) with a thermocouple.  Covered Lid – insulated MHI TLID. Highly recommended for high uniformity.
• TC Read Unit and Thermocouple (TM)  for TLID (TC Read is 120V only)
• The type of top is user choice.   Rod, Hole, or Fully covered (tiled).  Spaced rod top delivers the most power.
