Dry steam (very low water mist/droplets) for this heater is recommended.

Input at 100°C (full-quality steam) will produce a steam output of about ~750 °C maximum, but can be used at lower power with the BPAN-O-PLUS control panels.  Only mostly dry steam.  The unit can be used at lower temperature for higher flows.  One-atmosphere use.  No pressure rating.

Not for wet steam.  For wet steam, please contact MHI.

Unit sold as is, where is – no returns.

May be used for air or air-steam (humid) mixtures or steam gas mixtures.

Cartridge Type Steam Gas Superheater (inline type – not to exceed 1 kW)

Inlet: K clamp fitting. K clamp is provided.  See diagram.  Gasket is provided where required.
Outlet: 1/2″ NPT male fitting Exit: NPT fitting

Ethernet TCP Modbus is included with UL or CE panels.

The panel dimensions are W500mm x H500mm x D210mm not including the tabletop stand.  All supply cables are in the users electricians scope.  The dimensions are approximate and vary slightly with the panel rating.

BPAN-O-PLUS and

TC READ

Power controller BPAN-O-PLUS with several ratings is an option for power control. This interfaces with the built-in thermocouple.

The TC read purchase includes an additional K- thermocouple and its stand (TC Read+TC+STAND) or can be used with the BPAN-O-PLUS power controller. The built-in thermocouple can also be connected to the optional TC Read system for an external display. The TC-Read unit plugs into a 115/120V single-phase socket.
