MVTA-GA1125-6 Microtube – without Controls for combustible gas

Description

MHI  MVTA GA-1125 Microtube (small volume non combustible hydrogen or diluted natural gas heater environment)   About 600 W.

Metallic tubes limit temperature to 1100C or below.  This unit has no power or temperature controller.  Basic metallic casing is inlcuded.  Stand for the basic metallic is option.  Comprehensive stand includes the canopy and stand.

Use for heating parts or for mildly reactive gas heating.  Only the metallic tube should be considered if flowing gas is considered.  It is the user responsibility to be sure that the gas or part is non reactive to tube.  A ceramic tube is for closed part heating – end caps may be used for ceramic tubes provides there is no flowing gas.  End caps are optional and only offered for ceramic tubes.  Metallic tube options have 1/4″inlet and outlet  fittings.

Not to exceed one atmosphere for tube interior.  Not for vacuum.

Picture shows comprehensive stand .  Other wise the standard casing is supplied and a stand is optional.

• Robust Radiator-type Microtube is enclosed in a FiberFree™ ceramic refractory, which can withstand 1850°C temperature.
• The maximum element temperature is 1400°C (1350°C continuous use).  Part temperature is lower and restricted by the tube.
• The typical temperature of use is up to 1000C to 1100C when well insulated.
• Part temperature varies with the insulation of the top and bottom.
•  T/C provided.
• Microtube™ Heater – Part # MRCL-GA1125-6 with ~23mm OD (quartz, alumina, mullite, or metal) tube.  The uniform zone is unparalleled.
• BPAN-O-PLUS 208/220/230/240 50/60Hz Volts and transformer
• The picture shown is with the MHI calibration thermocouple*,  TC’s are included even though controls are not offered for this unit.
• *Part, tube and gas temperature will vary from the set-control temperature
• Chamber length 100 mm.  Choice of tube materials in the options.  The tube will extend beyond the chamber
• Connector accessories included.
• The stand includes an integrated metallic enclosure.  Only for horizontal use.

• End Caps available (one set of two). Optional – only select if no gas flow is considered.
• Plug to the socket to fit local codes is not provided (User Electrician Scope)
• RR dimensions inside the sheet metal  A= 4″, B= 6″, C= 1″, D= 5″.
• Up to a ~23mm OD tube can be fitted.  The tube is optional, or users may use their own.
