MHI  RHUL-MVTA-MP1125-6- Microtube ( small volume hydrogen or natural gas heater)  (Unit includes all controls, power transformers, and quartz tube). About 825 W.

Use for heating parts or mildly reactive gases.

• Robust Radiator-type Microtube is enclosed in a FiberFree™ ceramic refractory, which can withstand 1850°C temperature.
• The maximum element temperature is 1400°C (11350°C continuous use).
• The typical temperature of use is up to 1000C when well insulated.
• Part temperature varies with the insulation of the top and bottom.
•  T/C provided.
• Microtube™ Heater – Part # MRCL-GA1125-6 with 25mm OD (quartz, alumina, mullite, or metal)  tube.  The uniform zone is unparalleled.
• BPAN-O-PLUS 208/220/230/240 50/60Hz Volts and transformer
• The picture shown is with the MHI calibration thermocouple*
• *Part temperature will vary from the set-control temperature
• Chamber length 100 mm.  Choice of tube materials.  The tube will extend beyond the chamber
• Connector accessories included.
• Modern power controls with BPAN-O-PLUS.  (optional upgrade to UL or cUL)
• Optional upgrade for BPAN-O-PLUS to CE.
• The stand includes an integrated metallic enclosure.  Only for horizontal use.
• Optional tube (s).  Horizontal use.
• End Caps available (one set of two). Optional.
• Plug to the socket to fit local codes is not provided (User Electrician Scope)
• Please choose from the options if Panel and Transformer upgrades to UL CUL as required.

• Up to a 22mm tube can be fitted.  The tube is optional, or users may use it on their own.
